Mercy Trucks is funded by
people like you. We desperately need donations to continue
our work around the world in 2008. Please consider giving as
much as you can to support these
activities. Every donation changes a life.
Mercy Trucks is a registered charity and everyone
involved is a
volunteer who pays their own expenses.
Instant donations can be made by debit
or credit cards by cheque,
bank
transfer or standing
order (UK only)

In the beginning of 2006 and again in 2008 we drove a truck from the U.K. to Guinea-Bissau loaded with medical and educational equipment. This is a three week journey of 4,600 miles and costs about £1 ($2) per mile (€1 per km).
We are involved in building projects and a local clinic, but our main mission is converting a number of
shipping containers for use as mobile medical units. Doing so costs around £5000 each. |

agricultural and micro-enterprise development (including new ways of producing paper pulp and ethanol from sugar cane waste).
We help in schools to set them up with power-stabilised computers and provide beds and mattresses for children living in orphanages |
