This will be done in our home neighbourhoods by working with and encouraging young people to undertake community projects such as building or looking after recreational facilities etc, this will help in promoting a sense of achievement and ownership over their facilities. It is intended that this will also act as a platform to interest young people to travel and undertake voluntary work in developing nations. The types of projects being undertaken will include long term community development projects and the encouragement of micro enterprise. It is our aim to support and work alongside other organisations and promote agricultural development thus creating self-sufficiency and an element of economic sustainability in all developing communities, including helping in the restoration of areas recently cleared of landmines. The trustee/directors and charity coordinator are working on a voluntary basis, therefore these costs and expenses are not incurred by charity, allowing 100% of the moneys donated to go for the intended propose.
