Roy is the founder and Director/Trustee of the De-Mining Systems charity and Mercy Trucks charity. He currently holds the position of coordinator. He has successfully founded and run a number of companies in a verity of subjects. He has been involved with the design and engineering of agricultural and landmine-removing machinery, agricultural contracting, large-scale earthmoving/construction projects management and voluntary humanitarian projects in many countries. His main interests lie in helping humanity by grasping and implementing technology to create and encourage methods of sustainable development.

Jeff is the founder of Mercy Trucks Ukraine and served as it’s in country director leading outreaches throughout Ukraine. He recently returned to the United States where he launched Mercy Trucks Americas and serves as its director. Previous to entering the mission field with his wife and ten children Jeff had a distinguished business career serving as a consultant to some of Americas largest corporations.

Captain Brian Sloan Company Director
Captain Brian Sloan has been serving as the International Co-Director of Marine Reach Ministries (a ministry of Youth With A Mission) since 2007. Prior to this he served as the Regional Director of Marine Reach – Europe, Africa and Americas from October 2002; pioneering projects on the Amazon, Tanzania and yacht based discipleship/outreaches in the Mediterranean. He has served with YWAM ship ministries since 1991. Prior to joining YWAM, Brian served for 15 year in the Royal Fleet Auxiliary service (the British Royal Navy's logistic support branch). He became a Master Mariner in 1987 and served in a wide range of positions and theaters of operations while in the RFA.
